Recently (September 8), Hebei Port Group’s Xiongan Comprehensive Service Center was inaugurated. In the future, Hebei Port Group will build a front-end service platform with Xiongan Service Center as the center and collaborative linkage with logistics service nodes in central and southern Hebei such as Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Hengshui, etc., and strive to create the most convenient seaport serving Xiongan New Area.
According to reports, the Xiongan Comprehensive Service Center is mainly responsible for serving Xiongan and market development. With Xiongan New Area as the center, it relies on the logistics of inland ports such as Shijiazhuang, Handan, Baoding, Hengshui, and Langfang. The hub point coordinates and connects enterprises in the Xiongan New Area and the hinterland of central and southern Hebei, southern Shanxi and northwestern Shandong to provide customers with efficient, accurate and convenient "door-to-door" logistics services.
At the same time, with the Xiongan Comprehensive Bonded Zone as an important node for trade logistics, we will establish a green channel directly from Xiongan New Area to Hebei Port Group, cultivate a sea-rail intermodal transport logistics system, and promote high-efficiency, low-price, green and low-carbon The logistics model will build Hebei Port into a "maritime gateway" serving Xiongan New Area.
"We will closely focus on the service needs of Xiongan New Area and strive to provide domestic and foreign trade import and export enterprises in Xiongan New Area with a 'one-stop' land, port, and The relevant person in charge of the Xiongan Comprehensive Service Center of Hebei Port Group said that through the establishment of the Xiongan Comprehensive Service Center, the port declaration, booking, inspection and other functions will be forwarded to the Xiongan Comprehensive Free Trade Zone. Build a dedicated terminal for Xiongan to move port functions and business windows forward.
Since this year, Hebei Port Group has strengthened its seaward layout and created a container route support system with complementary domestic and foreign trade, supporting trunk and branch lines, and both near and distant oceans. Improve the Bohai Rim feeder transportation system, and use the "trunk instead of branch" transportation method to increase the number of maritime "shuttle buses" in the three ports and four districts, with 44 flights per week, to achieve interconnection and interoperability among the port areas, and the goods can arrive and leave as soon as they arrive at the port. Deepen the land-based layout and build a container multimodal transport system covering the three north, radiating Mongolia and Russia, and leading to Europe. Four new inland ports have been established this year, bringing the total number of inland ports to 68. Deepen economic and trade cooperation with countries and regions along the “Belt and Road” and vigorously develop sea-rail combined transport and international trains. As of now, there are 24 sea-rail combined transport lines and 11 international container trains have been opened to help Hebei ports better integrate National “Belt and Road” construction.
